MicroNeedling

What is MicroNeedling?

MicroNeedling is the creation of tiny punctures in the skin using micro-needles to improve skin elasticity and texture. This form of treatment is much more effective than microdermabrasion and chemical peels, because the usage of disposable needles reduces the risk of cross-contamination. The adjustable needle depth also allows our clinicians to personalize the treatment our individual customer’s skin and needs.

Does It Hurt?

MicroNeedling may cause minor discomfort; however, a numbing cream can be applied to ensure maximum comfort.

Is There Any Downtime?

There is no required downtime after treatments. Some patient, however, may prefer to avoid social engagements and interactions for a few days because skin may appear as if it were sunburnt after treatment. To speed up recovery and results, we recommend all patients avoid products with acid for one week.
